Trainings and technological support to the partners in housing and sanitation Construction of cost-effective Houses and reconstruction of old houses Promotion of hygienic double- pit latrines & smokeless chula COMMUNITY HEALTH PROGRAMS Integral health education Regular medical camps and follow ups Promotion of herbal garden & Ayurvedic medicine Reproductive Health Sex education & counseling services Safe drinking water programme HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT Capacity Building trainings of developmental workers and grass root leaders. Training on analytical, methodological, Planning, Managerial monitoring and evaluation skills, Linkages with PR’S and other sectors in development. DISASTER MANAGEMENT Flood rehabilitation Drought Management VILLAGE DEVELOPMENT COMMITEE It is the apex body that plans, coordinates and implements the programmes, which aims at the integral development of a village. At present 76 Village Development Committee Samithies are functioning under KSSS FEDERATION OF PEOPLE'S ORGANIZATION Ensuring the total participation of the people and as a step towards decentralization KSSS has a Federation set up for the Self Help Group’s. Every SHG has its democratically elected office bearers. CHAITHANYA VOLUNTEERS FORUM A body consist of professionals and skilled man who are willing to act voluntarily in needs and emergency, assists people and leads social action programmes SUPPORTING INSTITUTIONS AND ENTERPRISES Printing School, Ayurveda Hospital, Tailoring training cum production centre, Green City Spice centre, and Hospital canteen. |
